Business Performance Operating System
See the one thing actually holding your business back — and the smallest next move that unlocks it.
A 10-minute operational diagnostic for owner-led businesses. No generic advice. No sales pitch dressed up as a quiz. You'll walk away with a written Business Clarity Report — even if we never talk.
About 10 minutes · Adaptive — you only see the questions that matter · Save and come back anytime
Why this is different
We diagnose before we prescribe.
Most business "quizzes" recommend the same thing to everyone. This one identifies your specific Primary Constraint — the single thing doing the most damage to your business right now — and doesn’t recommend more people, more tools, or more AI until the evidence actually supports it.
We show you our confidence.
Every diagnosis carries a confidence score. If we don’t have enough evidence to name a Primary Constraint, we say so. We won’t pretend to know what a form can’t tell us.
You keep the report, whether or not we ever talk.
The Business Clarity Report is yours. Use it. Share it with your team. Act on it. If the Next Strike we recommend needs help, we’re here. If not, we’re glad to have been useful.
Fit check
This is built for you if:
- You own or run a services business between roughly $500K and $10M
- You have a team of 3–40 people
- Growth has flattened, or growth is happening but chaotic
- Something feels stuck — you can’t quite name it — but it’s costing you time, revenue, or energy
- You’re skeptical of business coaches, quizzes, and one-size-fits-all advice
This isn't the right fit if:
- You’re pre-revenue or solo with no team
- You already have a fractional COO running your ops
- You’re an enterprise (> $50M) with a PMO
- You’re looking for a done-for-you marketing agency
The X-Ray method
How it works
- 1
You answer.
About 10 minutes. The X-Ray adapts — you only see the questions that matter for your business. If you’re not sure, you can say so. Uncertainty is data, not failure.
- 2
We diagnose.
Your answers run through our operating-constraint model — 11 categories, weighted, with a confidence score. The output is not a "type." It’s a specific Primary Constraint.
- 3
You get the report.
A written Business Clarity Report — usually 4–6 pages — with the Primary Constraint, the smallest next move, what NOT to do yet, and a 30-day direction. Delivered on-screen and to your inbox.

About TZAi
TZAi (Tira Zebra AI) works with owner-led services businesses to eliminate what shouldn't exist, simplify what does, engineer proper roles, and combine artificial intelligence with managed remote human talent — in that order. Our operating principle is diagnose before prescribing. The Business X-Ray is how we live that principle at the front door.

FAQ
- Is this really free?
- Yes. The Business X-Ray and the Business Clarity Report are free. We do offer paid engagements after — the Task Inventory & Responsibility Capture™, Departmental Pain Diagnostics, and implementation work — but nothing in the X-Ray requires them, and we won’t push.
- How long does it actually take?
- Ten to twelve minutes for most owners. The X-Ray is adaptive — you only see the questions that matter for your situation. You can save and come back.
- Who sees my answers?
- Your answers are used to generate your report. If your diagnostic falls into a lower-confidence range, one of our operators may review before delivery. That’s the only human touch. We don’t sell data. Full privacy language in the consent step.
- Do I have to book a call?
- No. If the report is useful and you never want to talk to us, that’s a win. If it’s useful and you want to talk it through, book the call.
- Is this going to tell me to hire someone or buy your AI thing?
- Only if the evidence supports it — and only after we’ve asked whether the work should be eliminated, simplified, clarified, standardized, or automated first. We refuse to auto-recommend hiring or AI. That’s kind of the whole point.
